Time to stop slacking

Now I feel out of shape. Lot of mental grit to stay with it. I ran the 2 smaller loops of 2.5 miles first and then went to the bigger 5-mile loop to prevent myself from quitting after 7.5miles. Perfect weather for running. Felt cool with a breeze almost the whole time. I got 10 miles in but I felt noticeably winded in a way I hadn't in previous runs. I think my slacking off for the last 3 weeks has caught up to me. Time to start running regularly again. I still want to run the marathon. Yesterday Robert and Michael in separate conversations mentioned my recent training was probably inadequate to run a marathon. It would appear that they are quite right.
