Chinese Noodles

- Cooked up Chinese noodles (the box says they're made from wheat flour) the same way you would cook up pasta.
- Shredded some napa cabbage and put that in the same pot as the noodles.
- In a separate pot, I heated up some chicken broth with some chunks of beef. (In our case, this was pre-cooked beef that we keep in the freezer. I think these were beef chuck cut into 1-inch chunks and marinated in soy sauce before searing the chunks on all sides in a pan with some butter and oil. Then added some chicken stock and cooked 15-20 minutes more until tender.)
- Then drained the noodles and mixed it all together. Michael added a little ponzu sauce to his.
- If we had had any on hand, I would've included snow peas or some water chestnuts.
