Surprisingly, even this short 4 miler felt kinda hard. Splits for each 2-mile lap were 21:17 and 19:47. Michael had oatmeal waiting for me when I got home. I flexed and preened over the various muscles that are showing up and he laughed, "Ironically, now you're in this marathon training to prepare for a career as a model!"
