Very fine misting spray the whole time. Tried to run with Fitsense but then took a wrong turn. Still dunno if it's calibrated right. It claimed I ran 4.0 miles but I think it was only 3.75 miles. Also, since I've been feeling unmotivated, I wondered if I had been overtraining so I took today at an easy pace. 38:15 for 3.75 miles (10:12/mile)
