82% humidity. Tried to stay strong throughout. Left knee very slightly tender at first. Right calf woke up in a painful cramp. Passed one house that smelled of roses from the flowers blooming along the fence. 47:32 for 5 miles (9:30/mile)

my ideal temperatures

2nd run of the day to make up for skipping yesterday's run. Only about 46% humidity and setting sun made it feel much cooler and comfortable. Took it at a reasonably hard pace throughout. (Tried to race at first). Right calf still very tight. 46:22 for 5 miles (9:16/mile)
