Overdressed.It was 61F @ 6am but by 7:45 it was 69F. I had the green fleece on and unzipped it about 2 miles into the run. Tried to remind myself that I felt strong and tried to do each Loop a bit faster.10:59 for 1.1, 7:24 for 0.7, 7:18 for 0.7, 7:05 for 0.7, 6:51 for 0.7, 11:04 for 1.1. Pretty good! I woke up at 6am, had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and haphazardly stretched while surfing coolrunning before heading out with LDP600. 1st blister of this training cycle on the inside of my left big toe, along where the joint is. Not too painful.
