fitfoolJust couldn't get myself out the door until late. Ran with the walkman listening to BlueManGroup. It's much nicer to run with music though I concede it's not as easy to hear other things around me. (Splits=10:31, 11:52) Sitting down to type this right after the run, I notice a little pain in my right knee.
