I think I'm going to try this. I completed the "Couch-to-5K" a few weeks ago, so now I'm at the point where going out to run 30 minutes three times a week is kind of boring. If I shake it up a little to run at least a mile every day, that might be a nice challenge. I did my first day today, running just over a mile and then walking for a while afterwards.
