If you like cookies that aren't too sweet, try the ginger citrus cookies I made -- I posted the recipe in December sometime before the 20th. I've set a goal of not getting as much takeout this year and the natural consequence of that is cooking at home more often. Sooner or later I get bored with the recipes I already know, so I love seeing new recipes and reading reviews. BTW, I made a very basic, not terribly authentic paella earlier this month that was pretty good but you definintely need to use short grain rice for it.
