I have more bread posts to make. One of them is the basic boule recipe from Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day which I've been using to have fresh bread during the week when I don't have time for more labor-intensive bread. I don't think the results taste as good but still better than a lot of supermarket bread. And it's so much easier! Really does come down to just about 5-10 minutes of active work.
