Thankful to run in cool weather. Supposed to run this yesterday but worked too late and it was in 90s for most of day. 10:58 for 1.1, 15:38 for 1.7mi, 10:19 for 1.1. Fartlekked in middle and final lap. (mostly a tempo pace)

Ha! I'm caught up with the schedule now. 11:17 for 1.1mi, 7:06 for 0.7, 10:47 for 1.1. Pizza for dinner.
