Date: 2010-06-04 07:19 am (UTC)That's my favorite so far this year. I've made it several times now. It's quick and easy to make and tastes wonderful. My boyfriend still gushes over it whenever I make it.
And I think I'll be making last night's Mixed Bean Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes (#31) again because it's easy, doesn't require any cooking (useful on hot days), and can sit in the fridge and provide something to munch on whenever we're hungry in between meals too.
